What we collect

• What you give us: name, phone number, city, details about your accident and injuries, and anything you tell us on a call, text, chat, or form.
• Call recordings: calls with our team may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. We tell you at the start of the call, as Florida law requires.
• Technical data: device type, pages visited, and the ad or search that brought you here (via cookies and analytics tools).

How we use it — the honest version

Our service is connecting you with a participating attorney about your request. That means we share the information you give us — your contact details and accident description — with the participating attorney or law firm we connect you with. That is the product, and we're direct about it.

• We share your information with participating attorneys only in connection with your request.
• We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
• We use service providers (hosting, telephone, CRM) to operate the platform; they process data on our instructions.

Text messaging

SMS consent and opt-out are covered in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: support@thecrashline.com
• Opt out of texts: reply STOP. Opt out of calls: tell us on any call.
• Cookies: you can block them in your browser; the phone number works fine without them.

Retention & security

We keep request records only as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, and handle billing with participating attorneys. Access is limited to people who need it to serve your request.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if a minor was involved in a crash, a parent or guardian should contact us.
